Description

From a dated Chinese restaurant to a contemporary liquor store, we transformed the building with a complete interior renovation, featuring modern flooring and wall coverings. The remodel included installing three new coolers, including a walk-in "Beer Cave," and adding a new office, restroom, storage room, and shopping area. The exterior received a significant upgrade with new metal roofing panels replacing old asphalt shingles, re-coating the existing EIFS, and replacing outdated siding with modern metal siding. We also resurfaced the parking lot with fresh asphalt and revamped the landscaping to harmonize with the neighboring Simonson Gas Station. In less than a year, we brought this building from the 1970s into the 2020s, significantly boosting traffic to this Main Ave business.
