Richland County Highway Department Shop

This project included new construction and site development of a 20,000 square foot shop. This facility features a robust PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) structure with concrete foundations, metal studs, and GWB (Gypsum Wall Board) interiors. The exterior showcases durable metal panels, and the facility includes a fully enclosed wash bay and a 5-ton bridge crane. The shop is equipped with in-floor radiant heat and modern office space, designed to enhance the efficiency and comfort of the highway department’s operations.
