This project entails renovation of a vacant building, which will serve as the new location for the convenience store. The scope of work encompasses the demolition of the existing structure, installation of new site utilities, as well as the procurement and installation of all necessary gas equipment, tanks, and fuel island. This project includes masonry, wood framing, and structure steel as well as heavy renovation.
