This project included demolition of the existing convenience store and fueling station, making way for the transformation of the site into a contemporary, fully equipped convenience store alongside district gas and diesel fueling islands. Moreover, the refurbishment of the adjacent bulk storage warehouse involved installing new doors and enhancing the structure with new metal panel walls and a roof. The revamped facility will boast a comprehensive range of amenities, including a full kitchen, ample amount of coolers and freezers, and beverage services offering an extensive selection of food and drinks. Extensive site paving will facilitate easy access, catering specifically to over-the-road semi-truck fueling requirements. The addition of modern automatic soft-touch car wash further enhances the convenience and service offerings, positioning the establishment as a comprehensive convenience center and travel hub.
