Description

The Horace High School is a new constructed 250,000 square-foot building for the West Fargo Public School District. The project includes academic, theater arts, and athletic wings, along with administrative office and a large extravagant commons area. The high school also includes an extensive amount of exterior work including site utilities, paved parking lots, and landscaping. Due to numerous delays, this project has not been completed on time. Over the course of this project there has been over $1,000,000 in change orders. There was one claim where a block wall and shelter tipped over during a wind storm. There are forty-two subcontractors.
