This project involved a comprehensive restoration and remodel of a historic landmark in downtown Fargo, designed to preserve its status as a beloved statement of the area’s rich history. The project included extensive interior demolition, window replacements, masonry restoration, and storefront enhancements. The main floor now features a restaurant and lounge, while the lower level boasts a wine cellar and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The second and third floors were transformed to accommodate 17 luxurious suites, a conference room, and an additional lounge for guest relaxation. One of the most exciting additions is the rooftop bar and lounge, offering breathtaking views of Fargo’s downtown skyline—truly a unique space for locals and visitors alike.
