Ground Transportation Center (GTC)

This complete renovation of the MATBUS terminal in downtown Fargo occurred in two phases. The first phase included a complete remodel of the interior, extensive structural concrete work in the underground parking garage, excavation and waterproofing around underground parking garage foundation wall, and overlay concrete work on the parking structure. The second phase consisted of renovating the exterior of the building, which included a new EPDM roof, installation of soffit and façade panels, along with removal of select portions of existing the existing structural steel canopy.
