Description

The construction of a new two-story FM Bank branch facility, at the former Shopko Building site, will be located at the intersection of East Lincoln Avenue and Friberg Avenue in Fergus Falls, MN. The old single-story Shopko building has been demolished to make way for this modern, state-of-the-art bank. The new FM Bank building will feature two drive-up facilities for customer convenience. The main level will encompass approximately 9,000 square feet, with 8,650 square feet dedicated to bank operations and 1,250 square feet allocated for a future coffee shop tenant. The upper level will span 7,500 square feet, including 900 square feet reserved for future expansion. Situated on a 2-acre lot, this project aims to enhance the community’s banking experience while contributing to local development.
