Description

Located in the heart of beautiful downtown Fargo, this project involved a full remodel of a former laundromat and the construction of an exciting new addition. The remodel brought the space up to ADA accessibility standards and included the installation of a fully-equipped commercial kitchen, a prep kitchen, and a stunning rooftop patio. A key challenge of the project was preserving the original brickwork, blending historical elements with modern features to create a seamless integration of old and new. The result is a thoughtfully designed space that retains its historic charm while offering updated amenities and contemporary functionality.
